It's been a great day at The Kaleidoscope Factory. You may remember last Fall I told you Midwest Living Magazine was here. Today I got an e-mail from the Discoveries Editor there asking for kaleidoscopes for a June 10th photo Shoot. She says I'll be featured in the November/December issue. Yee ha!

From over at the Fonda Arts Center:
Beginning guitar lessons are being offered by Marilyn Schmitt through the Fonda Arts Center in Fonda, starting with a planning session Wednesday, June 4, at 7:00 P.M. at the Fonda Arts Center in Fonda. Call Marilyn 288-6218 or Annie 288-6278, or just show up!
The Fonda Arts Center presents Music/Art Drop-in Sunday, June 8th from 1:00 4:00 at the Fonda Arts Center, Fourth & Main Streets in Fonda. The Kuklenz family will host the music in an extravaganza of “oldies”, Broadway hits, gospel and patriotic. Sing-a-longs, and instrumentals. Look forward to the sound of Larry Heschke and Tammy Voss Lange accompanied by the Kuklenz girls, a replay of earlier times! Tammy is my cousin's daughter so I'll be going over for sure!
On the art side, a display of quilts by Marge Fritz will add interest and color to the day. As always, something refreshing to eat. No admission charge. Everyone welcome!!
Until next time,
Leonard
